Illa M. Doss is a wife and a mother of 4 sons.  She has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 25 years.  She received her Masters of Education in Early Childhood Adminstration from National Louis University and has been the Director at Lutheran Day Early Childhood Center for 12 years.

 

Beyond her duties at Lutheran Day she is an Early Childhood committee member of the Illinois Children's Mental Health Partnership (ICMHP), an organization in Illinois committed to bringing to light the social/emotional issues of Illinois children and creating healthy solutions. She also work with the youth at her church.   In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.
